  • Juan Pablo Baraona Del Pedregal

    The oldest of the group, but with an energy and enthusiasm that many 30-year-olds would wish for. Creative, sociable, and with an infectious sense of humor, Juan Pablo is the driving force behind this project. Passionate about soccer and padel with friends, he is a natural leader who guides this adventure called Nativo Patagonia.

  • Raúl Beckdorf Vicuña

    The extroverted soul of the team, Raúl combines humor, barbecues, and good wine with a unique ability to connect with people. Chilean by passport but Argentine at heart, he's a soccer fanatic, plays padel tennis, and never goes out without his dog, Charly. He manages customer relations like only he knows how.

  • Agustín Baraona Silva

    Charismatic, adventurous, and always smiling, Agustín is the man who connects the brand to the world. A soccer fan since childhood and a surfer by Australian adoption, he lives among waves, travel, and good vibes. Married to his beloved Carito, he is the man who ensures that Nativo Patagonia reaches the hearts (and palates) of global consumers.

  • Lucas Beckdorf Iturralde

    The youngest of the group, he combines his love of soccer and tennis with a special talent for the piano, as well as being a top-notch DJ. Super sociable, he's always putting together events with his friends. Very organized and financially minded, he'll be in charge of taking care of Nativo Patagonia's wallet.
